KC Ang is the Chief Executive Officer of ZenSemi and a distinguished semiconductor industry leader with more than 40 years of global experience spanning semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, technology transfer and business leadership. Prior to joining ZenSemi, he served as President and Head of Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing during the early phase of India’s semiconductor manufacturing journey.
Earlier, KC held several senior leadership positions at GlobalFoundries, including President of Asia, Chairman of China and Chief Manufacturing Officer, where he oversaw global manufacturing operations across Asia, Europe and the United States. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building and transforming world-class semiconductor manufacturing organizations, leading major fab start-ups, technology transfers and operational excellence initiatives.
Widely respected for his strategic vision and execution, KC brings a unique global perspective on leadership, talent development and building resilient semiconductor ecosystems while helping shape the industry’s next phase of growth.

Dr. TUNG Chen-Yuan is Representative, Taipei Representative Office in Singapore since May 2023. He was Minister of the Overseas Community Affairs Council of the Republic of China (Taiwan) from June 2020 till Jan 2023. He was Taiwan’s ambassador to Thailand from July 2017 until May 2020, senior advisor at the National Security Council from October 2016 until July 2017, and Spokesman of the Executive Yuan from May to September 2016.
Before 2016, Dr. Tung was distinguished professor at the Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University (Taiwan). He received his Ph.D. degree majoring in international affairs from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University. From September 2006 to May 2008, he was vice chairman of the Mainland Affairs Council, Executive Yuan. His expertise focuses on international economy, Chinese economic development, and prediction markets.
Jacqueline Poh

Ms Poh was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of JTC Corporation since 1 April 2025 and also a Director on the Jurong Port Board.
Ms Poh was previously Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) from 2021 to 2025. She was the Chairperson of Design Singapore Advisory Board and board member of EDB Investments.
Prior to EDB, Ms Poh was Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office Strategy Group. She was also the founding Chief Executive of the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and Managing Director of the former Infocommunications Development Authority.
She has held key positions in three Ministries – manpower, finance and defence.
Ms Poh is an alumnus of Oxford, Cambridge, INSEAD (MBA) and Stanford.

Ritu Favre currently serves as president of Emerson’s Test & Measurement business group. She is responsible for driving innovation and growth across the test and measurement market, advancing technologies that help engineers solve increasingly complex challenges. With more than 30 years of experience in technology, including leadership roles in the semiconductor industry, she brings a broad perspective on how advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, can accelerate innovation and help customers achieve their product performance goals. She has held senior leadership roles at NI, Synaptics, NEXT Biometrics, Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Valmont Industries. Ritu received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Arizona State University.
Dr. Andy Sellars

Andy chairs the Semiconductor Expert Working Group for UKTIN, he advises the OECD Semiconductor Informal Exchange Network, the G7 Semiconductor POC and serves on the Government’s Semiconductor Advisory Panel. He is a highly regarded semiconductor expert, giving evidence to Parliament on five occasions, including the National Security and Investment Act and the select committee on semiconductors.
Andy developed the business case and strategy for the Compound Semiconductor Catapult, securing a £54m investment. He led the Catapult start-up from 2017, representing the Catapult during high-level discussions with the Prime Minister. Andy has also represented the UK during high-level semiconductor delegations to Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and the US White House.
Andy advises strategy for the Photonics Innovation Centre at Southampton University (CORNERSTONE). He holds an Executive MBA from Glasgow University, a research doctorate from Strathclyde University, he’s a Fellow of the IET and Freeman of the City of London (FCL).

De Cloe has extensive experience in international business development and collaboration, and is well acquainted with the Brabant business community. Throughout his career, Mads has specialized in helping clients architecting and implementing scalable enterprise-wide transformations enabled by technology and AI.
